Hey Loves,
This video is a quick session for our legs which we tend to neglect a bit in aerial sports.
For this training you need:
- Booty Band
- Ankle Weights
- Normal weights (6-8kg)
I use around 6-8kg but you can always modify the intensity by adding or dropping weight. And of course you always have the option to pause the video and add some more sets or reps to an exercise. I recommend you work in a range where the exercises start to be quite challenging to make sure you are building muscle :-)
