Hey Loves,
In this class we will continue working on our Pancakes. We will progress some of the exercises that we had in the first Class and will also add some new exercises.
You will need
- A small weight around 5kg
- Yoga Blocks or something similar to sit on
- A free wall space
Please also do a Warm-up before starting this video, as we will only do some targeted conditioning exercises and afterwards jump right into the more intense pancake work.
