To attain our splits and oversplits effectively, we need to focus deliberately on various muscle groups both collectively and individually. Key muscles aiding in split flexibility include the hip flexors and hamstrings. I alternate between training them together and separately in sessions. This class focuses specifically on hamstring drills, with detailed instructions provided in both English and German. It was part of the online flexibility challenge I offered for a month.
You will need an elsatic band and 2 yoga blocks for this class.
