Über den Trainer/Lehrer

I mainly teach Vinyasa Flow but also enjoy teaching Alignment-based classes. My classes are smooth yet powerful. My aim is for my students to become stronger and more flexible both in their bodies as well as their minds. I love teaching at the YogaCircle Berlin Academy because I appreciate their attention to purposeful alignment while teaching traditional yogic philosophies and values.
