Hey Beautiful People,
Shoulder Push is essential for so many pole moves - so let's work on it!
This workout is a push circuit consisting of 4 exercises that we are going to do twice:
- Overhead Press
- Overhead Walks
- Plank Variations
- Push up Variations
For this workout we will need some weights, if you don't have that at home a water bottle will be just fine. You can start with a lower weight (4kg) and then go up once you feel stronger.
As I am still recovering from my shoulder surgery, my push-ups and plank form is not the best yet, so please excuse that :-)
