I am so excited to start this series with you!
Are you a Pole Dancer or aerialist and you want to finally clean up and nail your Invert? Then search no more! I created this series where we will build up the strength & technique to master this move together.
For each Level you will find two videos – one where we will need a pole and one where we will work without a pole.
This Video is the very first of the series and we are going to take a look at the basics. We will work on scapular pro- and retraction, our pulling strength as well as compression strength in our core and hip flexors, all things we need for our inverts.
You will need:
- A looped resistance band
- A long and heavy resistance band
- Two times 5kg weights
We will do 4 exercises 3 times in a row. The workout is going to take you 20 mins and before we start I will take the time to explain the exercises to you!
