    I really enjoyed today's yoga session! Nikolina incorporated a mix of poses that provided just the right level of challenge. The timing of inhales and exhales with each movement worked great for me. I also got to learn few new poses that expanded my practice, while still feeling supported with step-by-step instructions and helpful tips. The difficulty level was well-balanced, challenging enough to feel like I made progress, but not overwhelming. Thank you!
