    Smita - Our yoga instructor hails from the spiritual land of India and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in various yoga disciplines. She possesses certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kids Yoga, making her a versatile and skilled practitioner in the art of yoga.

    Om Yoga Harmony offers yoga classes in English as well as German. The teacher is originally from India and imparts the most authentic yoga classes in Munich. The classes are perfect blend of physical movements and mental relaxation.
    The studio offers mat, yoga belt, blocks and Bolsters. If for hygiene reasons you want to bring along your mat please feel free to do so.
    You can cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy. In case you are not able to cancel in time, please talk to Smita Sethi.
    First timers to the class only come to the class with the trust that they are in the best hands for Yoga.
    Yoga is not only a physical activity but also a tool to control your breath which in turn helps your mind to come in control.
