my Name is Maria. I am a Yoga Instructor and physical therapist from Germany traveling around central America.
A warm welcome to my Online Yoga Studio where you can experience Hatha and Vinyasa Styles combined with Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Meditations. Come and join my little varsity of Classes like energizing and flowing Yoga to get you going or at ease winddown Sessions to relax and ground yourself.
You also have the opportunity to participate in small workshops on health, yoga, breathing and mindset to further deepen your experience with yoga, healing, personal and spiritual growth.

I'm a 27 years old Woman from Germany, physical therapist, yoga Instructor and Solo-Traveler passionate about offering a save and chill space for others while sharing my love for taking care of my body, Healing and Growth.
Yoga for me is a great tool not only to move my body but to ease my mind, ground my emotions and connect with myself. It's more than just a workout or stretching routine. For me It's a part of living.
