    Über uns

    LAUFMAMALAUF ist einer der größten Outdoor-Fitness-Anbieter für Mütter in und nach der Schwangerschaft. Als Experte für Fitness, Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden von Müttern ist es unser Anspruch, Mütter ganzheitlich zu betreuen und sie dabei zu unterstützen, ihr körperliches, seelisches und soziales Wohlbefinden zu steigern. Wichtigstes Motto bei uns: JEDE Mama darf zu uns kommen. Egal ob du neu mit dem „sporteln“ anfangen willst oder vor deiner Schwangerschaft schon regelmäßig Sport gemacht hast. Unsere Kurse sind explizit auch für die Mamis aufgebaut, die sich nach der Geburt „so gar nemme fit“ fühlen. Alle Übungen können individuell im Laufe der Zeit intensiviert werden. Damit sind die Kurse für alle Fitness-Level geeignet. Bei uns gehts nicht ums Schönheitsideal sondern ums Gesundheitsideal. Es geht um deine Lebensfreude, die Gemeinschaft und es geht darum deinem Körper etwas gutes zu tun. Die Kurse werden von Trainerinnen geleitet, die selber Mama sind und eine Zusatzqualifikation im pränatalen Training haben.

    Unsere Kurse können im Rahmen der Bonus-und Vorteilsprogramme zur Prüfung bei den Krankenkassen eingereicht werden.

    Die Kurse in Kirchheim/Teck starten im Sommer. Unsere Trainerinnen für diese Standorte sind aktuell noch in der Babypause :-) Schreibt uns gerne an falls ihr Interesse an diesem Standort habt. Dann nehmen wir euch auf die Liste.

    Euch erwartet ein tolles Trainerteam.

    Alle sind ausgebildete Sportlehrerinnen, Physiotherapeutinnen, Fitnesstrainerinnen oder Yogalehrerinnen mit zahlreichen Zusatzqualifikationen. Und natürlich haben alle eine Weiterbildung im Bereich prä- und/oder postpartaler GroupFitness.

    Alle Trainerinnen von LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb sind selber Mama und können euch daher sehr gut bei euren Themen unterstützen.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Vor deiner ersten Trainingseinheit lässt du uns bitte deinen ausgefüllten Anamnesebogen und dein Anmeldeformular zukommen. Beide Dokumente werden dir im Vorfeld zur Verfügung gestellt und sind Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Training. Bitte achte auf stabilisierende und dämpfende Sportschuhe und einen gut sitzenden (Sport-)BH. Je nach Jahreszeit wettergerecht kleiden: Im Sommer auf atmungsaktive Sportklamotten und Sonnenschutz für dich und dein Kind achten. Im Winter im „Zwiebelprinzip“ kleiden und Mütze und Handschuhe nicht vergessen. Denk bitte immer an eine Flasche Wasser, denn ausreichend trinken ist beim Sport wichtig – auch im Winter.
    Du solltest etwas zu trinken für unterwegs dabeihaben und für die Kinderwagen-Kurse und den Kurs Mama-Yoga eine Matte als Unterlage für Übungen am Boden.
    · Einreichung bei der Kasse: Unsere Kurse können im Rahmen der Bonus-und Vorteilsprogramme zur Prüfung bei den Krankenkassen eingereicht werden. Du kannst gerne eine kostenlose Probestunde buchen. · Gesundheitszustand / Trainingstauglichkeit: Die Teilnehmerin bestätigt mit ihrer Buchung ihre ausreichende men­tale und physische Gesundheit, um am LAUFMAMALAUF-Training teilzunehmen. LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb weist darauf hin, dass die Teilnahme am LAUFMAMALAUF-Training frühestens 6 Wochen nach der Entbindung (bei Kaiserschnitt-Entbindung frühestens nach 8 Wochen) zu em­pfehlen ist. Der geeignete Starttermin ist von der individuellen körperlichen Rege­neration nach der Geburt ab­hängig. LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb empfiehlt daher jeder Teilnehmerin vorab die Teilnahme an einem Rückbildungskurs. Die gynäkologische Abschlussuntersuchung muss stattgefunden haben. · Haftung: Die Haftung für Personen- und Sachschäden beim LAUFMAMALAUF-Training wird im Rahmen der gesetz­lichen Möglichkeiten ausgeschlossen. Die Teilnahme am LAUFMAMALAUF-Training erfolgt für Mutter & Kind auf eigenes Risiko. Für Unfälle, Diebstahl oder Schä­di­gungen gleich welcher Art, besteht keine Haftungs­pflicht seitens LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb. LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb haftet für Personen- und Sachschäden nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit seitens LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb. · Organisatorisches für die Kursbuchung: LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb verpflichtet sich zu einer sorgfältigen Planung und Durchführung der Kurse. LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb behält sich das Recht vor, bei Bedarf Termin-, Orts- oder Trainerwechsel vorzunehmen bzw. Kurse abzusagen. Wird eine Kursstunde von LAUFMAMALAUF Schwäbische Alb abgesagt, verlängert sich die Laufzeit des Kurses bzw. der Karte automatisch um diese Kursstunde.
