    Willkommen im Kölner.Bewegungs.Raum!

    Im Herzen Kölns bieten wir dir eine vielfältige Palette an Fitness- und Boxkursen, die sowohl Anfänger als auch erfahrene Sportler anspricht. Unser Ziel ist es, einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem Bewegung und Gesundheit im Vordergrund stehen.

    In unseren modernen Räumlichkeiten erwartet dich ein inspirierendes Umfeld, das durch qualifizierte Trainer unterstützt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Ladies Only Boxen, ein speziell für Frauen entwickelter Kurs, der dir die Möglichkeit bietet, in einer geschützten Umgebung Kraft und Selbstbewusstsein zu tanken. Hier kannst du nicht nur deine Fitness steigern, sondern auch deine Technik und Schlagkraft verbessern.

    Wir legen großen Wert auf individuelle Betreuung und eine persönliche Atmosphäre, damit du deine Ziele optimal erreichen kannst. Neben unseren Fitness- und Boxkursen arbeiten wir eng mit dem Kölner.Physio.Kollektiv zusammen, um dir ganzheitliche Ansätze zur Förderung deiner Gesundheit anzubieten. Unser interdisziplinäres Team aus Physiotherapeuten und Fitnesscoaches sorgt dafür, dass du dich rundum wohlfühlst und bestens betreut wirst.

    Unser Team im Kölner.Bewegungs.Raum

    Im Kölner.Bewegungs.Raum erwartet dich ein engagiertes und vielseitiges Team von Fachleuten, die sich leidenschaftlich für deine Gesundheit und Fitness einsetzen.

    Ameen und Yazmin sind unsere Boxtrainer und bringen eine enorme Leidenschaft für den Boxsport mit. Sie fördern nicht nur die Technik und Fitness der Teilnehmer, sondern schaffen auch eine motivierende Atmosphäre, in der du Selbstbewusstsein und Kraft aufbauen kannst. Egal, ob du Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener bist, Ameen und Yazmin passen das Training individuell an deine Bedürfnisse an.

    Annika leitet unsere HIIT-Kurse (High-Intensity Interval Training) und sorgt dafür, dass du in kürzester Zeit maximale Ergebnisse erzielst. Mit ihrer Expertise und ihrem Enthusiasmus motiviert sie die Teilnehmer, ihre Grenzen zu überschreiten und ihre Fitness auf das nächste Level zu heben.

    Zusätzlich arbeiten wir eng mit den Spezialisten des Kölner.Physio.Kollektivs zusammen. Physiotherapeuten und Experten für Rehabilitation sind Teil unseres Teams und stehen dir bei gesundheitlichen Fragen zur Seite. Sie helfen dir, Verletzungen vorzubeugen, bestehende Beschwerden zu behandeln und deine Fitness nachhaltig zu verbessern.

    Gemeinsam schaffen wir einen Raum, in dem du dich entfalten kannst. Wir glauben an die Kraft der Gemeinschaft und fördern ein unterstützendes Miteinander, in dem jeder die Möglichkeit hat, sich weiterzuentwickeln.
