We are your CrossFit box in the heart of Stuttgart. Come by and become a part of our community!
A CrossFit box is not a regular gym. With us, you get a comprehensive strength and endurance training based on functional exercises that constantly vary and are performed at high intensity. You never train alone.
During each WOD ("Workout Of the Day"), you will be guided in small groups by one of our coaches and complete the training together with other athletes from the CrossFit Stuttgart community. Push your limits, and you will make progress you never thought possible. The group dynamics support you in training with full commitment so that you can continuously make progress and achieve your fitness goals. CrossFit is adaptable to every fitness level and age: from couch potatoes to elite athletes to grandmothers..

Ich komme sehr gerne zu CrossFit Stuttgart. Eine herzliche Community und tolle Coaches, die auf jeden einzelnen im Training eingehen. Hier kommt man zum schwitzen und hat danach das Gefühl wirklich etwas gutes für seinen Körper getan zu haben. Das schöne am WOD ist, dass es für jedes Fitness Level anpassbar ist. Man kann bis zu zwei Wochen im Voraus Kurse buchen.

What makes CrossFit special is that you never train alone. During each WOD, the coach pays attention to every individual athlete, assists you with your technique, and motivates you, just like the other athletes. Thanks to the unique group dynamics, it's easier to stay committed, reach your fitness goals, and have fun in the process. Collaboration is crucial to us, which is why we support each other and celebrate each other's achievements. Even outside of training hours - for example, at summer festivals, shared sports events like Hyrox, Clothes Swap, or Running Dinner - we celebrate our community.
