WHY

Christinas journey began by going deep within. After experiencing too daily stress from overworking and long hours in the corporate world, she needed to figure out a way to heal her own nervous system holistically and bring it back to place of homeostasis. Drawn to the power of sound as a tool for self-care and personal growth, she immersed herself into the study of ancient frequency and vibrations. Christina now embodies her teachings and felt inspired to guide and share her wisdom, knowledge and experience with those who also suffer from the consequences of our fast paced modern Her intention is always to guide other within and remind them of their own power of being their own hero and healer.
