Description:
Jedes Modul ist thematisch abgeschlossen und separat buchbar. Mit der Teilnahme an allen vier Modulen gilt dieser Grundkurs als abgeschlossen. Das bedeutet bei Teilnahme an vier Modulen Grund- und 4 Modulen Aufbaukurs sind die Grundlagen und damit der Level 1 erfolgreich absolviert. Auf dieser Basis, kannst Du wahlweise an dem weiterführenden Level 2 und/oder Level 3 teilnehmen.
Dieses Webinar wird aufgezeichnet. Der Mitschnitt steht im Anschluss für drei Monate online zur Verfügung.

Theorie
- Faszienanatomie: gesunde Architektur, Gewebe Pathologie
- Faszialer Kraftschluss für Harnröhre und Blase
- Dysfunktion in Belastungsphasen: Postpartum und im Alter
- Fasziale Fakten: Zwerchfell und Beckenboden
Praxis
- Vorbereiten: Halswirbelsäule und Thorax
- Muskuläre und fasziale Atemstimulation, Zwerchfell und Beckenboden
- Beckenboden Aktivierung über Imagination und sinnliche Bilder
- Release Techniken über schmelzende Dehnungen und Faszien Bälle
- Atem Klang-Entspannung und Intgration des autonomen Nervensystems

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
