Alex Santos will be back at The Vinyasa People and we are more than happy to welcome her to our studio for the fourth time now.

You will have the chance to practice with Alex a whole week of Ashtanga Yoga, from Monday to Sunday 9th - 15th December 2024.

The week includes 5x Ashtanga Mysore mornings Monday to Friday, 1x Ashtanga Led class on Saturday morning, 1x Workshop on Saturday and 1x Masterclass on Sunday afternoon.

The workshop & masterclass can also be booked individually if you won't join for the whole week.

5x Ashtanga Mysore Style (each 2 hrs) Monday - Friday, 9th-13th Dec 6.30 - 8.30am

1x Ashtanga Led class (1.5 hrs) Saturday, 14th Dec 9.15-10.45am

1x 'Energy & The Ashtanga Method' Workshop (2.hrs) Saturday, 14th Dec 2-4pm

1x Masterclass 'Happy Spinal Twist' (1.5 hrs) Sunday, 15th 2-3.30pm

About Alex

A mother of three, Alex has welcomed yoga as an integral part of her life and is eager to share her experience. Her classes focus on self discovery and spiritual growth using all the elements the Ashtanga yoga method offers in and out of the yoga mat. She travels internationally to teach workshops and yoga retreats. Alexandra Santos taught Ashtanga Yoga at Miami Life Center for thirteen years and is a Level 1 Authorized teacher from Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore, India. She has been practicing the Ashtanga Yoga method for 18 years.
