Deep Yin is back again! We invite you to experience the magic of yin yoga, guided by Danielle and by multi-instrumentalist/music producer, AliReza.  Yin yoga offers us a path to connect and soften into the subtle energies that lay deep within us. In this practice, we allow ourselves a prolonged amount of time to release into postures, accessing the deeper, more inflexible parts of ourselves rooted in the connective tissues and energetic body. Rather than us holding the postures, we allow the postures to hold us and the body to make slow, effortless transitional movements between. Our bodies will be carried and held by the meditative sounds of string and percussive instruments, tapping into and resonating with our vibrational existence offering a deep healing practice. Through a soft approach to our body, we develop a softness towards ourselves. To assist you in that process, gentle hands-on adjustments and energetic touch (Reiki) will be provided by Danielle throughout the practice. In this “Deep Yin” session, our intention is to offer a supportive space for deep healing and relaxation as we journey through ourselves to a pure state of peace. All are warmly welcomed to join us.Date/Time: Friday, September 20h 2024 (7-9PM)Price: 30 Euros
