We invite you to dice into an Advanced Yoga class to deepen your practice through dynamic flows and mindful breathwork.
We will begin with Pranayama, to enhance energy and mental clarity. This will be followed by an invigorating Asana sequence, Santiago specialty combining challenging postures such as inversions, arm balances, and deep stretches to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
The class will conclude with Savasana, allowing the body to integrate the practice, leading to complete relaxation and inner stillness.
Prepare to challenge yourself and elevate your practice!
About Santiago:
Santiago has practiced yoga for more than 20 years, he has experience teaching yoga in Retreats, Festivals, and also in various locations in Hamburg. His practice is based in Ashtanga & Iyengar, he is also an Embodiment Concept Teacher as well as in Kali and Penkak Silat.
Apart from his yoga teachings, he is also a BJJ Black Belt and Instructor.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
If you cancel your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, you will be charged a €10 late cancellation fee.
If you do not attend the course despite having registered, you will be charged a €13 no-show fee. You will receive an Invoice.
