Enjoy a Yin Yoga Session guided by Sylvia. Sylvia is from Madrid and has English roots. Through her yoga path, she discovered Yin and fell in love. She loves how this practice allows us to for a moment to slow down and nurture the connection with our bodies by taking time to listen to what's happening around and inside us. This class offers a chance to slow down, hold poses for extended periods, and deepen your awareness of how your body feels in each moment. It's a nurturing space to restore balance, foster a deeper connection with your body, and enjoy a rejuvenating break.
