Resonant Dance & Gong

What moves us? We will activate our senses to move to what resonates within. Deepening our listening, this will be a time-space for exploration through dance and sound. By the end of the guided movement session, I will encourage you to write down those words, feelings or images that came to you during the hour. Bring paper and pen! We will finish diving into the vibrations of the gong.
