The Yoga of Newborn Parenthood offers a supportive space for new parents to navigate the physical and emotional transitions of early parenthood through mindful movement and relaxation. This course focuses on healing, connection, and self-care, helping you find balance during this transformative phase of life.
Led by a Full Spectrum Doula and Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga Teacher, this 8-week course is designed with postpartum recovery in mind, while also providing a nurturing space for non-birthing parents to bond with their babies and prioritize self-care during the early, challenging months of parenthood.
Each class incorporates gentle, mindful movement, breathing exercises, pelvic floor work, and relaxation techniques, allowing you to reconnect with your body and mind. We will focus on strengthening the core, pelvic floor, and stabilizing muscles, while also releasing tension from the shoulders, neck, and back—areas often strained by carrying and breastfeeding a baby. Breathing practices and deep relaxation will help restore balance, providing space for you to recharge and find inner calm amidst the demands of new parenthood.
Practical Information:
- Wear comfortable clothing. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
- You’re welcome to attend with your baby or come solo. If you come with your baby, please bring a blanket or towel to help them feel more comfortable.
Group Size & Atmosphere:This intimate course is limited to 6 participants, fostering a supportive community. You will engage with the same group throughout the course, creating a space for shared experiences and mutual support.
Open Door Policy:Life with a newborn is unpredictable—there’s no pressure if you arrive late or can only participate in the final relaxation. I’m here to support you in every step of your journey, creating a safe space where you can be yourself.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for The Yoga of Newborn Parenthood
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking your spot in The Yoga of Newborn Parenthood.
- Full Refund:
If you cancel your participation at least 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund. - 50% Refund:
If you cancel 7 to 13 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund. This is to cover administrative costs and preparation for the course. - No Refund:
If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be issued. After the course begins, no refunds will be available. If you are unable to attend the course for any reason after the start date, we are unable to offer a refund. However, if you miss a session or are unable to attend, you may contact us to inquire about potential make-up sessions or rescheduling for a future course (subject to availability).
