Simulation:
- 20-minute Strength (1RM Strict Press, 3RM Deadlift, 5RM Back Squat)
- 10-minute rest
- 22-minute Endurance (Run/Row)
- 30-minute rest
- 25-minute MetCon
- Total session time is ~2.5 hours.
Can be done as an Individual or in Team of 2.
Goals:
- Be prepared to push, physically and mentally!
- Analysis and strategies shared after the simulation
Important:
- Not for beginners. You should know the stations and how they work
- This is a self-coached session. There will be no warm-up, movement, or cooldown coaching.
- There will be running outside. In the case of extreme weather, the class will be cancelled and your credits/payment will be returned.

Depending on the type of course, group training appointments can be canceled online up to 6 hours before the start of the respective appointment. The canceled hour is automatically credited to the hourly quota. In the event of late cancellation, the quota will be debited by the respective hour. If 3 appointments booked within a month are not canceled in due time, BLN.Athletics reserves the right to delete all your advance bookings made up to this point as a sanction. You are free to book available appointments again. BLN.Athletics reserves the right to cancel group courses that have only 3 participants 1 hour before the course begins.
