SPECIAL EVENT: REBIRTH OF INNER LIGHT – WINTER SOLSTICE by Harmonie

As the Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, it offers a powerful opportunity for reflection, release, and renewal. Join us in this immersive workshop where we will use gentle movement, conscious connected breathwork and sound healing to align with the natural rhythms of this sacred time and welcome the returning light. Through flowing movement, we’ll release stagnant energy, followed by breathwork to cleanse and renew. We’ll end with a deeply meditative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of singing bowls and gongs to harmonize and awaken your inner light.
