SPECIAL CLASS: YOGA FOR FLINTA by Bengisu

This Flinta yoga Special is designed specifically for FLINTA* individuals, offering a safe and inclusive space to cultivate inner strength and self-awareness. Through asanas, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices, participants will explore ways to empower themselves in daily life. The class also serves as a FLINTA*-Circle, integrating activities such as sharing, listening, creative expression (writing, dancing, singing), and community-building.
