Gong Bath

We begin our journey with breathing exercises to bring more oxygen to our bodies. Adding then a few postures to stretch, warm-up and move stagnated energy in order to relax and prepare you for the experience. 

This is when the magic happens. We lay down on the mat and slowly we got immersed into the deep unique sound vibrations of the gong that will be absorbed not only through our ears rather throughout the entire body. Time stops and your brain will reach a deep relaxation.
