Join this transformative 2.5-hour workshop celebrating community and new beginnings during the fifth Rauhnacht. This unique session invites everyone to explore connection and shared wisdom as we welcome the new year.

What to Expect:

  •  Embodied Movement: Gentle and liberating exercises to ground your energy and enhance self-awareness.
  •  Community Exploration: Authentic relating games to foster deep connections.
  •  Ceremonial Practices: Guided rituals and meditations honoring the past year and setting intentions.

What to Bring:

  •   Journal & pen
  •   An item for our altar (candle, flower, etc.)

  • Regular Ticket 35€
  • USC, Classpass or Wellpass Member Ticket 30€

Henny is a devoted yoga teacher, offering warmth and enthusiasm as she invites others to embark on a profound journey of self-exploration. Her approach to yoga emphasizes personal growth in spaces free of judgment, where individuals are encouraged to turn inward, embracing their inner landscapes and celebrating every step of their unique path. Her own yoga journey began over a decade ago in the vibrant city of Berlin, fueled by a deep curiosity that led her to India. There, she sought the ancient roots of yoga, immersing herself in transformative practices like Vipassana and Satori. A pivotal moment occurred during her time in Indonesia, where she had the privilege of practicing with the esteemed Carlos Tao. During her travels in Indonesia, Henny had the opportunity to practice with the esteemed Carlos Tao, where she developed a deep admiration for fluidUs, further shaping her yoga practice.
