1. Liability

1.1 The retreat organizer assumes no liability for property and valuables brought with you. 

1.2. Participation in the retreat and the classes/ workshops is at the participant's risk, and the organizer assumes no liability for self-inflicted injuries. If the participant suffers from physical or mental illnesses, they should check with a doctor whether they can take part in the retreat.

1.3. The organizer assumes no liability for allergic reactions caused by food intake. After booking, the participants should inform the organizer if they have any food intolerances or allergies so they can be taken care of.

2. In case of sickness absence

2.1. If, due to sickness absence of the organizer, the retreat will not take place, the participant will be refunded the paid fee within seven days.

2.2. Travel cancellation insurance is advisable for the participant, which will cover the costs in the case of illness.
