Una hora de Yoga suave, diseñada para ayudarte a soltar tensiones y preparar tu cuerpo para la calma. A través de movimientos fluidos y conscientes, estiraremos músculos, relajaremos articulaciones y crearemos un espacio de paz en tu interior.
Después, te guiaremos en una meditación que te llevará a un estado de serenidad profunda, permitiéndote desconectar del bullicio del día a día y reencontrarte contigo mismo.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
If you cancel your registration less than 12 hours before the start of the course, you will be charged a €10 late cancellation fee.
If you do not attend the course despite having registered, you will be charged a €13 no-show fee. You will receive an Invoice.
