The Membership includes 4 hours of support from your personal teacher that can be timely divided into 10 | 15 | 20 | or 30 min. sessions to cover the whole week and to make sure that you stay on track :-)

Cut laziness, hesitation and agitation with your daily Ngondro Practice and dive into the deep purification of your body, speech & mind by revealing day by day even more of your beautiful buddha nature.
