Du solltest schon ein paar Mal Hot Yoga praktiziert haben, bevor Du diese Variante ausprobierst. Hot Yoga - das sind 26 Körperübungen (Asanas) – 13 im Stehen,13 am Boden und zwei Atemübungen. Ziel der Übungen in ihrer festgelegten Reihenfolge ist es, alle Gelenke, Muskeln und Sehnen, sowie alle Organe optimal zu durchbluten und mit Nährstoffen zu versorgen. Deine Wirbelsäule wird dabei schonend gedehnt und gestärkt. Dank der erhöhten Raumtemperatur von 38 Grad wird eine zusätzliche und intensive Entgiftung durch das starke Schwitzen gefördert. Dein Körper wird schneller aufgewärmt, was mögliche Verletzungsrisiken verringert. Deshalb ist Hot Yoga auch für ältere oder von Hause aus unflexible Menschen besonders geeignet. Entgiftung auf hohem Niveau, Veränderung Deiner Körperstruktur, Freude, Geduld, Willenskraft, Konzentration, Nachgiebigkeit, Experimentierbereitschaft, Kreativität und das Erkennen und der Umgang mit Komfort und Entwicklungszonen bieten Dir ein breites Spektrum an Möglichkeiten. Mit verschiedenen Schwerpunkten (Silent, Flow, Basic, Intensive, oder Traditionell) stellen wir uns auf Deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse ein. Set in a heated room, this 90-minute session follows the Bikram sequence, consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The heat enhances flexibility, detoxifies the body, and promotes mental clarity, allowing you to dive deeper into each posture with focus and intention. Hydration is crucial for practicing in a heated environment, so drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your session. Opt for a light meal. Make sure to eat at least three hours before class to allow for proper digestion and avoid discomfort. Dress comfortably in shorts or leggings paired with a breathable top to facilitate freedom of movement and breathability during your practice. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and two towels. However, if you don't have them, we're happy to provide them for you at the studio. Arriving a bit early allows you to acclimate gradually to the heat, giving your body time to adjust and preparing you mentally for the practice ahead.

Mahalaya - Yoga & Healing ArtsIn this class we will practice the 84 asana series from Bishnu Gosh. – This is an extended practice lasting from 2.5 up to 3 hours. The positions cover all major body regions. And while it is a challenging practice it is also very therapeutic. The class is for advanced students and yoga teachers, who want to bring their practice to the next level. What does being an advanced student mean? It does not mean being able to do a lot of fancy poses. We will work on that, but it is not required. What is required for this class is: • Having a regular yoga practice. • Being proficient in basic poses. • Having a good physical awareness of your own body. We will move a bit faster through the basic poses that you already know from the Hot Yoga Sequence and spent some more time on more challenging poses. You are not expected to already be proficient in these poses. We will practice with a beginner’s mindset and work on expanding our current abilities step by step. The Teacher: Christoph Christoph started meditating as a teenager. He took his first hot yoga class in 2007 and he practices different forms of yoga ever since over a decade. Being fascinated by the yoga system from Bishnu Gosh he took his first teacher training with Tony Sanchez in 2016 and a second teacher training on the 84 asana series with Esak Garcia in 2017. He is a studied psychologist and works as a business coach and consultant. To him a regular yoga practice as a way to unfold our full potential. By overcoming the ego, reconnecting to who we are and by learning to perceive what is and adjust to what is needed. He sees his purpose in helping others to unfold their potential. In his classes he combines calmness with energy. At times giving less instructions to advanced students to allow a stronger inward focus and at times challenging students to see what they are truly capable of. You can use your normal Yogacard
