3 Tage Yoga Intensiv Workshop mit Clive Sheridan / Australien

First things first: Der Workshop findet im Bewegungsraum auf dem Grethergelände / Adlerstraße 12 im Grün statt.

Clive has been practicing classical Hatha Yoga since the late ’60’s and started teaching by the late ’70’s. He shares a very free spirited and yet focused practice of classical Asana, with particular attention to the breath. This inner experience he deepens with profound sessions of Pranayama, which are meditation in themselves, when explored correctly and safely.

Clive combines the delights of Hatha Yoga with a challenging and transformative cocktail of „inner teachings“ which arise from his spiritual background of both Tantra and Advaita. These non-dual traditions when merged in subtle union are the „Shakti and Shiva“ – the „Heart and Mind“ of Yoga. He calls us to lovingly awaken to our potential to „go beyond the mind“ … but we need firstly to understand what this mind is ?!!!

Zeitplan täglich: 8.00 bis 11.30 Uhr und 13.00 bis 16.00 Uhr

08.00 - 09.30 Uhr: Meditation und Pranayama

09.40 - 11.30 Uhr: Asanapraxis

11.30 - 13.00 Uhr: Mittagspause ohne Verpflegung

13.00 - 14.30 Uhr: Philosophischer Vortrag, auch Satsang genannt

14.30-16.00 Uhr: Asanapraxis und Pranayama
