Workshop II: Flowing Into Sensuality (intensity level: moderate)

This is the second of two somatic- and tantra-inspired workshops, where we tap into embodied sensuality through deliberate slowness. building up on the first workshop of heightened somatic awareness of the body, we invite you to explore the depths of intimacy and sensuality within yourself and with others, based on the principles of embodiment. you are invited to come alone or with a partner(s). 

all gender identities, experience levels, legal ages, sexual orientations & spiritual paths are welcome.

what to expect

● consent & boundary practices

● somatic (e.g. authentic movement, somatic regulation) and tantra (e.g. loving presence, conscious breath & touch) practices

● solo practices to heighten body awareness 

● partner practices (e.g. conscious touch, authentic relating) to explore trust, curiocity and boundaries

● snacks, teas, and water

● all practices are non-sexual and fully dressed

what to bring

● openness towards working with other participants (optional, if you come with a partner and prefer to work with them) 

● openness towards working with all genders (optional, if you come with a partner and prefer to work with them) 

● comfortable, warm clothes

● journal (optional)
