PRACTICE x Lửa và Băng presents Move & Muse ~ Yoga Class + DJ Set

On the 7th of December, PRACTICE and Lửa và Băng team up to create a special yogic experience:

We invite you in a beautiful chapel in Neokölln for a 2 hour class combining Jivamukti and Yoga Nidra with passive and active listening. Expand and explore your ability to listen and absorb, move and meditate, in harmony and rhythm. You'll be following a Jivamukti Class of 90 min taught by Sandra + 30 min of Nidra guided by Kim, tuned to a DJ set.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in this amazing venue and offer you a particular sonic and sacred practice.

PRACTICE is a yoga school located in the heart of Kreuzberg, founded by Sandra Gerhard in 2019. The teaching approach is centred around the traditional method of yoga, specifically influenced by Patañjali Ashtanga Yoga.

Lửa và băng (fire and ice in Vietnamese), is an immersive yogic project created by Kim Pisciotto, combining atmospheric music, meditation and movement. Kim is a certified yoga teacher whose practice focuses on Vinyasa and yoga Nidra.
