ESTŮYOGA Community Event & BDK Primary Series / Mini X-mas Feier

Join us on this amazing day, where Budokoneros, Yogis, Movers, & all those who are just full of love and passion for this movement meet!

Let's connect, let's share & cherish the time to get to know each other, and become part of our open-minded community! We want to offer this space to all of you to connect a bit deeper with other members of the community, maybe just a quick chat, and some laughs, and just have a space to open and enjoy some quality time. Time to share!!!

We'll start with Winnie's delicious Power Shots to spice ourselves up, and then Bille will be Guiding us through our beloved Budokon Yoga Primary Series. We'll be flowing 90' minutes where we'll find a true dance between Yogi and Warrior.

***This Event is Potluck Based***

For the Potluck, each attendee contributes with their special often homemade (not a must), dish of food to be shared. You may bring your favorite!

After the class, we will start our festivity!!! 

We will provide a Fruit Punch & some snackies, you may also bring your type of drink.

We will be so happy to see you in Seiza joining the Budokon Community!
