1. ✨ Satsang & Book Signing – A Gathering of Spirit (3 hours)

Join Sharon for an intimate two-hour Satsang based on her powerful book, Eternity is Happening Now. This evening will include meditation, pranayama, a book reading, and a profound lecture that delves into the spiritual heart of Jivamukti Yoga. Attendees are required to bring either a digital or hard copy of Eternity is Happening Now, which will help guide this spiritual journey.

After the Satsang, stay for a one-hour book signing where you can meet Sharon personally and have your copy signed. This is a special chance to connect directly with Sharon and keep a memorable piece of this evening’s insights.

2. 🌞 Master Class One – Asana Journey & Direct Q&A with Sharon ( 4 hours)

Immerse yourself in this three-hour Master Class designed to deepen and refine your asana practice. Guided by Sharon herself, you’ll move through the vigorous, intentional Jivamukti flow, exploring the power and alignment of each pose. This session is ideal for anyone looking to advance their physical practice and connect it with yogic philosophy.

After class, stay for a one-hour Q&A with Sharon, where you can ask your questions directly and gain insight from her decades of wisdom.

3. 🌛 Master Class Two – Asana Exploration & Q&A with Sharon (4 hours)

This second three-hour Master Class offers a different focus from the first, allowing participants to experience a new approach to their asana journey under Sharon’s guidance. This session will inspire new depth in your practice. Like the previous class, it includes an hour-long Q&A, where you can connect with Sharon personally and dive deeper into the teachings.
