Ecstatic Dance Journey & Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a transformative evening of connection, healing, and self-expression. We begin with an opening circle to set intentions, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony to invite deep presence and mindfulness. Leandra will guide you then,through a 60-minute ecstatic dance journey, where movement becomes a gateway for shifting out of your head and into the body.
Throughout the experience, we incorporate poetry and somatic release practices to facilitate the journey.
We close the evening with a meditation and a integration circle.
This event is open to all levels of experience, inviting you to move, feel, and be fully present in the moment.
Its a space free from any judgements and expectations, open to all genders, ages and backgrounds.
There is no obligation to dance, whether you go wild or sit and enjoy the music, any form of self expression is welcomed.
