25h Ausbildung im Rahmen unseres Move to Heal-Trainings:

7.-9.2.2025 Fr 8:00-17:00h, Sa/So jeweils11:00-20:00h. Dieses Modul wird in englischer Sprache unterrichtet.   

This module will help you to rekindle your inner spirit and share your essence as you mindfully hold space for others. The entire module will be rooted in ritual and ceremony, from the way we begin the course each day to its structure and the experiences you will have. It will broaden your knowledge around ceremony and feel like a gift of self-care to yourself. Theory is combined with practical examples and stories, solo hands-on and group exercises so that you can experience ceremony first hand.

We’ll start off preparing and nurturing yourself before bringing your light to others. You will discover parts of yourself that may have gotten lost in the chaos of everyday life. You’ll learn to tune into your unique essence and develop rituals to calm and center body and mind. 

The next step aims to awaken your curiosity as you experience ceremony as a participant. Then you will hone in on your unique passions, abilities and desires to deliver rituals and ceremonies to yourself and to others. You’ll also learn how to hold space. You will dive deeper into ceremonial principles and traditions from around the world; amongst other Asia (way of tea), South America (ceremonial cacao) and Tibet (sound in ceremony). Last but not least you’ll learn to develop a meaningful and authentic ceremonial ritual of your own.

You will know how it feels to experience a carefully prepared ceremony. You will get valuable input to help you find out where your passions and purpose meet. You will be more knowledgeable about history, origin, culture and tools of ritual and ceremony. You will know how to create a space of your own to house your offering and most notable, you will have the chance to create and present a ceremony of and on your own.
