'Birthing Class - Intensive' for couples

This class is for you and your partner. Within these two days you will receive valuable information regarding the last weeks of pregnancy, birth and early post partum time. There will be time for questions as well as practical exercises which influence the birthing process in a positive way.

The Birthing-Class Intensiv will take place during a weekend 4 hrs each, Saturday and Sunday. Best time to start the Class is during the 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy. This is for you and your partner or the person who will accompany you during your birth process.

Please bring your insurance card, Mutterpass, comfortable clothes and socks.

Your health insurance covers the costs for this class for the pregnant woman according to the Hebammen-Gebühren-Ordnung HebGebO Bayern, if you attend the class completely. You will need to pay a partner fee of 160 Euro, as this is not covered by your insurance. Some health insurance cover the man´s fees. Please check your insurance.

''TIME: The course should be completed at least 2 weeks before the expected date of birth. The closer the course is to the calculated date of birth, the more present the learned knowledge is. 

MISCELLANEOUS: Please bring with you to the first lesson: insurance card, maternity card, comfortable clothing, thick socks, drinks, snacks. 

A handout will be provided.

COSTS: The statutory health insurance companies fully cover the costs of the course for the woman. 160 euros partner fee must be paid privately, or partner must inquire with his Health Insurance whether the amount will be covered. 

Attention: this is a couples course and a booked place is for 2 people!
