Afterwork Outdoor Yoga- Beginner

This evening session will bring energy to the body and stillness to the mind. Wake up your body after a long day of work with lots of stretches, hip-openers and posture improving poses, making it the perfect after-work yoga routine to beat a desk bound posture.

Together we will look at the basics and focus on safe alignment.
