Guided by music and the rhythm of a shamanic drum, this journey helps you reconnect with your inner self and embrace transformation. This breathing technique can help to gain new perspectives on emotional, mental, and physical levels — reintegrating emotions and breaking stress cycles. It can also induce an expanded state of consciousness, accessing the subconscious and inner wisdom.
