Frequency Flow is an immersive Vinyasa class blending mindful movement, intentional breathing, and curated soundscapes.

Led by Jaari and soundtracked by @daisy.records—a Naarm (Melbourne) and Berlin-based record store and label—this session offers an awakening yet grounding practice. The curated soundscapes will guide you through the entire class, creating a seamless flow of energy, sound, and movement.
