• Cancellations up to 14 (fourteen) days before the start of the class: free of charge, full refund • Cancellations from 14 (fourteen) days up to 24 hours before the start of the class: rebooking possible using a voucher, no refunds • Cancellation from 24 hours before the start of the class or absence without cancellation: no refund and no rebooking possible.
